The Mattapoisett Lions Club is known around the region for its annual Harbor Days.  This week-long festival starts on Sunday, July 11, 2010 with the Triathlon and culminates on July 17-18 with a weekend of Crafter & Artisan booths, live entertainment, a raffle, silent auction and lots of food and fun for all ages.

Proceeds from this event allow the Club to generously support Lions Club sponsored charities and to assist those in need in our community.

TRIATHLON - July 11
Swim .25 miles; Bike 10 miles; Run 3 miles
This event kicks off the week-long Harbor Days festival at the Mattapoisett Town Beach. The race begins at 8:00am with sign-in beginning at 7:00am.  Pre-entry fee (before July 2) $50 individual entry and $70 team entry; Post-entry fee (after July 2) $60 individual entry and $80 team entry.  T- shirts guaranteed to the first 150 entrants.

ARTISAN & CRAFT FAIR - July 17-18
Over 100 crafters and artisans set up in Shipyard Park (rain or shine) and are open starting Saturday, July 17 at 10:00am and Sunday, July 18 from 9:30am - 4:00pm.

Don't forget your Strawberry Shortcake!  This delectible dessert will make its first appearance on Wednesday evening, July 14 from 7:00-9:00pm during the Mattapoisett Town Band Concert.  It will also be available throughout the weekend until sold out.
