Harbor Days is the Mattapoisett Lions way of celebrating our community and raising valuable dollars for our charitable endeavors. Events include Painting classes, a triathlon, a band concert, Entertainment, Food including our world famous strawberry shortcakes, a fish fry, a Saturday lobster dinner, grilled foods, & a Sunday Pancake Breakfast. THis is a big weekend!

The Mattapoisett Lions raise a majority of our charitable donations at this event. So, while enjoying the events, buying unique crafts, and catching up with old friends you are helping support our charities that range from local needs as small as one of our neighbors needing a hand up to funding Lions Eye Research world wide!

• Saturday, July 11 - Kids' Craft Event Afternoon 1:00-3:00 PM
• Wednesday, July 15 - Town band concert and strawberry shortcakes.
• Thursday, July 16 - Adult paint night 6:00-8:30
• Saturday, July 18 and Sunday July, 19- apprximately 100 vendors at the Craft Fair!
• Sunday, July 26 - Triathlon

Harbor Days offers a fish fry on Friday July 17, 6-8:30 PM. We have grilled favorites including hot dogs, hamburgers, and cacoila sandwiches all day Saturday and Sunday. There is a lobster bake Saturday, July 18, and a pancake breakfast Sunday, July 19. Of course we have strabwerry shortcakes at all Harbor Days week events, while they last!

As if all of the events at Harbor Days weren't enough we are offering a $10,000 raffle! Tickets are $100 apiece, only 300 are being sold - improving your odds of being a big winner!

With Harbor Days right around the corner we're putting out a plea for donations that can be auctioned off. The items we auction off help us acquire the funds we need to support our charitable giving. In addition, they allow local businesses to advertise their wares and expertice by having them on dispay for the thousands of visitors who visit.
