Out from Town Beach and back.
BIKE
Helmets mandatory. Bike from Town Beach, left onto Water Street, up Main Street across Route 6; left onto Acushnet Road, over Route 195; left up Acushnet Road to Tinkhamtown; right onto Long Plain Road to the turn around and back over the course in reverse.
RUN
From Town Beach around Ned's Point Lighthouse; back up Ned's Point Road; go down Beacon Street, up Oakland Street, down Church Street to Main Street on to Water Street to finish.
